She brings strong expertise in governance, strategic planning, donor compliance, financial oversight, and risk management in the non-profit sector. Martha has led nationally recognized initiatives on women&#8217;s political participation, unarmed civilian protection, and civic engagement. She advises on inclusive, ethical and evidence-based leadership, integrating gender-responsive and youth-inclusive approaches into policy and strategy.
