Capacity Building
Capacity building is at the heart of Nabaad's mission and the organization delivers tailored training programs, peer-to-peer (P2P) learning sessions and mentorship that equips youth, women, civil society actors and local stakeholders with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to lead change, resolve conflicts, address climate challenges and drive sustainable development. Nabaad believes that by investing in local capacities, means strengthening ownership and contributing to sustainable peace and climate resilience.
Advocacy and Policy Engagement
Nabaad uses advocacy as a strategic tool to raise social awareness, amplify local voices and promote an inclusive, peaceful and climate-resilient future. The organisation identifies priority issues, engages communities, gathers evidence and works with local, state and federal-level government institutions and policy-making practitioners to influence policies and decision-making, ensuring policies are supportive and reflects real needs on-the-ground. We also collaborates with civil society and think thanks to turn advocacy into action.
Dialogue
Dialogue is at the central of Nabaad's approach to building peace, promoting inclusion and climate resilience and brings together diverse voices — from youth, women and civil society, think thanks to decision-makers and technical experts to exchange views and build trust. The dialogue space allows open discussions on key social, environmental and governance challenges and help bridge divides, resolve tensions and generate locally informed solutions
